The Bichon Poo are a cross between two purebred dogs, a Bichon Frise and a Miniature or Toy Poodle. The rule-of-thumb is the best way to determine the temperment of a mixed dog is to look up the parents traits. This is a small, adorable dog that tends to be smart, friendly, happy, and easy to train. Sometimes they are called Poochon, or BichPoo. A fluffy bundle of joy, this lap dog will do well with children and other household pets.

The life expectancy of the Bichon Poo is 12-15 years.
Size & Activity Level
The Bichon Poo can range in size from 8-16 pounds, depending upon the parents weights. They are an active, smart little dog, who will require daily exercise. Short outside walks will keep them fit and happy. Be prepared for lots of indoor playtime, so have plenty of toys and Chewys on hand.
Always monitor outside playtime, and make sure they are in a secure space. This lap dog can live in any type of household setting. City living or country will do just fine for these mobile companions.
Care & Grooming
The Bichon Poo comes in a variety of colors - white, apricot, black, chocolate, and grey.
Their soft, fluffy coats do not shed, and have very little dander. This makes them a good match for allergy suffers. Grooming styles can vary - a Poodle cut, a fluffy Bichon look, or even a low maintenance puppy cut are all super cute looks.
This breed will need a regular maintenance schedule to include: brushing, bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and teeth maintenance. A high quality diet is necessary for all dogs. Always check with your vet or breeder for more information.
